You’re only as old as you feel. We have 60 years of experience, but we don't act our age. Our company cultivates wonder, creativity and youthful optimism. Founded in 1955 by inventor Walter Spatz, our mission of innovation and excellence has been accelerated by our commitment to Kaizen which allows our business to spiral up. In our quest to become faster, more flexible and smarter, we questioned every industry model to create our own powerful directive and tremendous growth – for SPATZ Labs and for our clients. As a privately held, family owned business, SPATZ Labs has the privilege and commitment to focus on long-term profitable growth. We favor long-term strategies over short-term fixes. Family leadership also ensures long-term continuity and consistent adherence to our core values.

  • Team

Just say no to status quo. Our cross-functional teams make conscious decisions that reject business as usual and set new standards in the industry. Radical thinkers from all areas of development are put together and freed from their traditional silos. We thrive on a culture of freedom, play and engaging challenges – with breathtaking results. No walls = no boundaries.

  • Facility

Full disclosure: we’re control freaks. So, we do it all ourselves in our Oxnard, California headquarters. We combine the industry's best formulators, engineers, toolmakers, injection molders, compounders, and assemblers. A unique production system overcomes the inflexibility of traditional automation and leapfrogs productivity of outdated manual methods. 80,000 square feet of R&D and production in the U.S. with a new facility in Nanjing, China provides the fastest, most flexible R&D and production system in the industry.
